Martin - thank you for the nice comments. With the Real Town blogs (and now even with Active Rain), you can customize the look and feel by designing your own header. Im not that high-tech, so got my teenage son do to it for me. Apparently its not as hard as it might seem. 

I am actually going to kill the Number 1 Expert site and redirect that url (www.ValleyOfHeartsDelight.com) here. Number 1 Expert or Best Image has some neat features, but in my experience, its extremely expensive at $60 per week. A year or two ago, I was getting leads from the site and the net result was that it paid for itself. But not in the last year. I get tons and tons of spam and not much else. Die, site, die¦.

Why put my blogging efforts on an RSS Pieces and 1 Park Place Platform? Thats a good question. Its not cheap either, so I will tell you that there are lower cost and free alternatives like Real Town and Active Rain. I was very impressed with what Laurie Manny and Ines Hegedus-Garcia were doing with their sites (http://www.longbeachrealestatehome.com/ and http://www.miamism.com/). They are both very busy with clients as a result of their blogs, Additionally, the RSS Pieces sites are really designed to take the place of a full website. So I saw that I could discontinue a non-productive site and do this instead.

I saw a link to this blog from an email I received on RealTalk, from Frances Flynn Thorsen.  I also took the No Blogger Left Behind program, recently.

I am a realtor in Bucks County, in Pennsylvania, and based on your blogs and websites, if I ever run into anyone moving to your area, I would not consider referring anyone else but you.

Your blogs are amazing!  I was also really impressed with your Number1Agent site.  I have had a Number1Agent site for years, but from a visual perspective, I think yours is the best I have seen.

In terms of your blogs, did you have help putting them together?  It looks as though you used the 1Parkplace for the most recent blog.  Just out of curiosity, why did you decide to use that platform.  My current blog is with RealTown, but the look and feel of the Valley of Hearts Delight, is stunning. 

I am relatively new to blogging, although some of my site statistics amaze me, in terms of the number of views that it gets.  I am struggling with trying to move my blog to another level, both visually and with content, as well.

You have done an amazing job?
